Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the sales journey by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and top-level executives within Fortune 500 companies.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales to strategize and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through robust pipeline generation efforts.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead identification to deal closure.

Required:

• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.

• Minimum of 7 years of direct enterprise software sales experience focused on large enterprises.
• Required experience in Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software sales.
• Strong leadership and influential skills, capable of fostering robust business partnerships both internally and externally.
• Proficient in strategic business planning and adept at evaluating and communicating progress, identifying obstacles, and devising effective solutions.
• Proven ability to thrive in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player and major individual contributor in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Ops experts.
• Deploy, monitor, and administer large-scale implementations of Grok, both as SaaS (Azure, AWS, etc.,) and on customer premises.
• Become an integral part of both engineering and professional services teams, and lead accelerated delivery of our solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines making use of GitLab, Docker, and other tools as required.
• Develop and deploy automation tools for packaging, deployment, monitoring, upgrade, and configuration of Grok in multiple production and test environments.
• Provide hands-on support with customer engagements.

Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Software and/or DevOps Engineer.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience in developing and implementing large-scale systems in both cloud-based (Azure, AWS) and on-prem environments.
• 3+ years of experience with containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) microservices-based architecture.
• 3+ years of experience administering Linux OS.
• 2+ years of experience with Python and bash scripting.
• Understanding of agile software development principles and practices.

Plus if you have:

• Experience with other languages: Java, C/C++, C#, PowerShell, Groovy, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a cross-functional team (Product, Sales, Services) to establish growth strategies in support of Grok’s revenue goals.
• Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
• Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
• Manage SEO.
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings.
• Develop and execute a strategy that optimizes marketing conversion paths and drives key business metrics, including sales-qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue.
• Evaluate and measure user journeys to improve marketing strategies, sales strategies, and product roadmaps.
• Generate original content and collaborate with channel-specific partners (case studies, videos, blog, email, social media, etc.) to develop and drive product growth.

Knowledge / Skills Required:

• BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or business
• 3+ years of marketing and demand generation experience
• Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, email marketing, and paid media channels
• Proficient understanding and use of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
• Experience working closely with business/sales development reps to solicit feedback and ensure quality of leads
• Deep understanding of management and optimization of the lead handoff process between marketing and sales
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization
• Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player and major contributor in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Ops experts
• Serve our customer base as a key technical consultant to ensure customer deployments are optimal.
• Address feedback provided from customers in the form on enhancement primarily in the Data Ingestion pipeline of the Grok product using Nifi as an implementation platform.
• Key in participating in the creation of new integration modules using Nifi to grow the number of tools Grok interacts with.  (unidirectional and bi-directional communication to 3^rd party tools)
• Deploy enhancements in our customer deployments while providing technical enablement to our customers.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer who will support our product development and sales efforts by applying and developing ML techniques to automate operational processes. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Take existing research based on classical statistical learning (Random Forrest) and make improvements to existing models.
• Mine and analyze data from customer operational data to drive optimization and improvement of product development.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Required:
